Mediation
Remote and In-Person
We offer the option to conduct mediations via a professional video conferencing platform which permits joint sessions, confidential break out "rooms" and electronic screen sharing of documents. The platform is well suited for multi-party and complex cases. Remote video participation assures safety and convenience for all participants. Confidentiality and security of sessions are safeguarded through use of a password protected "invitation" and lock-out of non invited participants.
